The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following:  “with the following amendment:

On page two, by striking out all of subsection 2.10;

And,

On page two, by striking out all of subdivision 4.1.e;

And,

On page two, subdivision 4.1.c, after the semicolon, by inserting the word “and”;

And,

On page two, subdivision 4.1.d, after the words “dairy products”, by deleting the semicolon and the word “and” and inserting in lieu thereof a period.”
